Good thought. I keep reading about all these veteran runners who still make the hydration mistake occasionally. If these seasoned vets can still make mistakes (and there are potentially so many), I wonder if I stand much of a chance!!
I just got back from being back east for two weeks. I had forgot how hot and humid it get's back there. As I ran seven miles Wed. here in the Northwest, I was thanking God for the great climate we have here for running. It's a runner's paradise!
