The Grinch Who Stole Fall

92F today. 92F tomorrow. What gives? For the last 3 weeks, I've gone out every day and ran in this heat and I've said to myself "Self, this is the last time you have to run in this heat. Surely Fall is just around the corner."

Surely...?

lol...I had the same thought process as you when I found out about the record high temperatures. So I ran at 10am, it was only 70 then!

Just watch, we'll be running the Columbus marathon in a blizzard. ;)

I said the EXACT same thing to my mom this morning. We've trained all summer in oppressive heat and I have no doubt we'll be running in 6 inches of snow in 26 days.

This has been a crazy weather year - so unpredictable. This heat today really, really sucks - we are all past grouchy! just a few more days....(until what I don't know).

I know! Consistent weather would be nice for running, but it could be boring in the end. That's why I don't live in places where there's no weather changes. I need the seasons, even if it makes for crazy temperature fluctuations.

Oh man, I know what you mean. It has to break soon. Hang in there.
