Oh Sweet Jesus, is that ALL he said? I hate those morons with no emotional quotient. Doesn't he know what this would do to a girl? Hang in there, there's no reason to go "worst case scenario" here just yet (spoken like a true pot calling the kettle black). Keep us posted, we will keep you in our prayers.
Did you tackle him and tell him to tell you everything he knows? I wouldn't have let him leave the room without a full set of scenarios. Hope your appt is soon and you can hang in there until then!
Breath deep. That suspense comment was way out of line.
Your cardiologist will get to the bottom of it. Put your foot down and demand answers to your questions. Interrogate the doc until s/he says uncle. You have a right to answers.
And that my dear is where I come in to tell you, "you're normal." As in feeling anxious that is. The unknown is the hardest part of anything. Hang in there, and be thankful that they are listening to your concerns.
Ok, that guy stinks. I would never do that to one of my patients. I would tell you exactly what I was concerned about, how much of a concern it was, and with modern medicine the way it is, how it can be fixed. I still believe you are going to find out you are just fine.

You're in my prayers.
Kate, I've missed something. What happened! Are you okay? I hope so. I'll be praying for GOOD news from your cardiologist.
